Yes, Microsoft Copilot can access data stored on-premise if it is integrated via Microsoft Graph Connectors. These connectors make it possible to integrate external data sources into Microsoft Graph so that Copilot can use them. Please note that all components are currently only available in the "new Outlook" , while availability in the old Outlook is still restricted.
